5. CM Punk Pipe Bomb Comes True
In 2011 we saw CM Punk cut one of the best promos ever, the fanciful 'channel bomb'. This worked shoot was what launch Punk to headliner fame, including a 434 day WWE title rule. The entire premise of the 'funnel bomb' was that Punk was disappointed with the WWE, he had sufficiently taken terrible imaginative from Vince McMahon and his "stupid little girl and goof ball child in law".
As a consequence of WWE's inadequacy, Punk reported he would be leaving the company.The thing is, it was all anecdotal. When Punk got backstage he was getting high fives off Vince and Triple H, it was incredible narrating. Little did any of them envision that under three years after the fact, Punk would be stopping the WWE for genuine, with for the most part the same opinions he had communicated in this storyline.
