Another podcast meeting, another poor decision of words – despite the fact that this one can maybe be viewed as a more blameless slip-up. Amid an appearance on The Josh Podcast, while talking on the purpose for his absence of fame with numerous fans, Reigns remarked:
‘Even when I was with The Shield, I’ve always had the critics and I think a lot of it goes with the background of me not having that independent experience, especially being paired up with guys like Seth [Rollins] and Dean [Ambrose], because those guys are journeymen’.
