3. Steve Austin Breaks His Neck
Steve Austin and Owen Hart were having an awesome match at SummerSlam 97 until a genuinely routine piledriver turned out to be close lethal. Owen had performed the move innumerable times some time recently, however on this event Austin's head was accidentally uncovered underneath his legs and spiked straight into the mat.
After the move was conveyed, it was clear that something wasn't right. Austin wasn't moving. He was briefly incapacitated. The replays were severe and difficult to watch. Owen needed to unadroitly kill time until the ref and Austin could make sense of what to do. The match needed to go. There must be a completion
