NBA star Dennis Rodman was really a standard superstar in the 90's. His beautiful hairdo and tattoos made him emerge, as did his remarkable play for the Chicago Bulls.
WCW attempted to profit by this by acquiring Rodman as a wrestler in 1997. He got $1.5 million for one match and a few appearances.
